How information is handled

Skinner Investment Properties collects information that visitors voluntarily provide when they contact us, submit a rental application, request maintenance, or use another linked form. This may include contact details, housing preferences, application information, and documents submitted through designated secure processes.

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate applications, administer tenancies, coordinate maintenance, meet business and legal obligations, and protect residents, applicants, properties, and the company. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for those purposes.

Our website links to services operated by third parties, including Google, Zillow, Facebook, Instagram, and DocuSign. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or the website chat.

Mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in information, and messaging consent are used only to provide communications requested from Skinner Investment Properties. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or text-message opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to service providers only as necessary to deliver and support SIP communications or when required by law.

Text messaging terms

By providing a mobile number and expressly agreeing to receive text messages from Skinner Investment Properties LLC, you consent to receive recurring conversational and informational messages concerning rental inquiries, applications, requested documents, screening or leasing steps, appointments, maintenance, residency, payments, notices, and other property-management services.

Message frequency varies according to your interactions and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of submitting a rental application, renting a home, purchasing goods or services, or receiving property-management services.

To stop messages, reply STOP. You may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. For assistance, reply HELP, call (903) 500-8903, or email admin@skinnerinvestmentproperties.com. After opting out, you may opt in again only through a new affirmative request or consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless-service availability. Skinner Investment Properties may change or discontinue its messaging program and may update these terms.
