Privacy

How information is handled

Skinner Investment Properties collects information that visitors voluntarily provide when they contact us, submit a rental application, request maintenance, or use another linked form. This may include contact details, housing preferences, application information, and documents submitted through designated secure processes.

Information is used to respond to requests, evaluate applications, administer tenancies, coordinate maintenance, meet business and legal obligations, and protect residents, applicants, properties, and the company. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need the information for those purposes.

Our website links to services operated by third parties, including Google, Zillow, Facebook, Instagram, and DocuSign. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or the website chat.

Questions or requests concerning personal information may be sent to admin@skinnerinvestmentproperties.com or discussed by calling 903-930-4406.

Accessibility

Access for every visitor

Skinner Investment Properties aims to make its website and digital services usable by people with disabilities. We work to provide clear structure, readable contrast, keyboard-friendly controls, descriptive labels, responsive layouts, and alternatives when a digital process creates a barrier.

If you cannot access information, complete a form, or use a website feature, please call 903-930-4406 or email admin@skinnerinvestmentproperties.com. Tell us what you were trying to access and the format or assistance that would work best for you.

Equal housing opportunity

Fair housing

Skinner Investment Properties supports equal housing opportunity. Housing-related services are provided without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability, or any other status protected by applicable law.

Applicants and residents may request a reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification when needed because of a disability. Contact the SIP office at 903-930-4406 or admin@skinnerinvestmentproperties.com so the request can be reviewed through the appropriate process.
