Messaging consent applies only to communications from Skinner Investment Properties LLC. It is not transferable to another company. Message frequency varies according to your interactions and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply.

Authorized service providers may process other information only as needed to operate company services and must handle it for the authorized business purpose. The mobile information and messaging-consent restriction above remains applicable.

Our website links to services operated by other companies, including Google, Zillow, Facebook, Instagram, and DocuSign. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary email or website chat.
