Program description

After you provide your mobile number and separately give your express consent, Skinner Investment Properties LLC may send recurring conversational and informational text messages about rental inquiries, applications, secure-document requests, screening and leasing steps, appointments, maintenance, residency, payments, notices, and other property-management services you request or that relate to your relationship with us.

Voluntary consent

Text messaging consent is optional, is not bundled with acceptance of another agreement, and is not a condition of submitting a rental application, renting a home, purchasing goods or services, or receiving property-management services. An applicant or resident may decline text messages and continue using our services through available non-text communication methods.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies according to your interactions and the services you request. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless-service availability.

Opt out and help

To stop messages, reply STOP. You may receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you may opt in again only through a new affirmative request or consent.

Privacy
